Meeting Minutes June 2011

The meeting was called to order by President Tom Harrison (N9PQJ) at 7:30 p.m.

The minutes from the meeting on March 1, 2011 were distributed and reviewed. Don Evenson (K9JYX) motioned to accept the minutes as published. Drew Smith (KC9LJK) seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous.

Treasurer Don Evenson (K9JYX) reported that after income and expenses, our balance is now $xx79.53. A motion was made by Jane Steinweg (N9JAS) and seconded by Steve Schulze (N9UDO) to accept the treasurer's report as presented. The motion passed by unanimous vote.


Old Business:

Steve (N9UDO) reported that he hopes to fix the problems with the AllStarLink the weekend of June 11. Stay tuned for further details.

For Field Day, setup will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, June 24, 2011. Contesting starts at noon on Saturday, and continues until noon on Sunday. Bring your rig to Owen Park, or use one already setup! Bring your choice of grillables and a dish to pass on Saturday night and join the fun!

The 15th annual Circus City Swapfest is fast approaching! The date is August 27, 2011 and we will finalize plans over the next 2 meetings.

Don (K9JYX) motioned to adjourn the meeting at 8:30 p.m., and it was seconded by Dave Spearing (KB9CSW). The motion passed unanimously.

Our next meeting will be July 5, 2011. See y'all then!
