The meeting was called to order by President Tom Harrison (N9PQJ) at 7:30 p.m.
The minutes from the meeting on March 1, 2011 were distributed and reviewed. Jane Steinweg (N9JAS) motioned to accept the minutes as published. Dave Spearing (KB9CSW) seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous.
Treasurer Don Evenson (K9JYX) reported that after income and expenses, our balance is now $xx39.53. A motion was made by Dave (KB9CSW) and seconded by Drew Smith (KC9LJK) to accept the treasurer's report as presented. The motion passed by unanimous vote.
Old Business:
Steve Schulze (N9UDO) reported by email that the AllStarLink box is 99% ready to go. Watch for more details.
BSA Circus Heritage day is May 21, 2011.
Field Day weekend begins Friday, June 24, 2001 at Owen Park. Set-up will begin around supper time, contesting begins Saturday morning. Bring your tents, radios, antennas, food, and have a great radio weekend. Our next meeting will be the last chance to finalize our plans. YOUR participation will help make this the best field day ever!
Circus City Swapfest preparations are continuing.
Don (K9JYX) motioned to adjourn the meeting at 8:45 p.m. The motion was seconded by Drew (KC9LJK), and passed unanimously.
