Meeting Minutes November 2011

The meeting was called to order by President Tom Harrison (N9PQJ) at 7:30 p.m.

The minutes from the meeting on October 4, 2011 were distributed and reviewed. Don Evenson (K9JYX) motioned to accept the minutes as printed. Dave Spearing (KB9CSW) seconded the motion and it passed by unanimous vote.

Treasurer Don (K9JYX) reported that our balance is $x86.95 after reimbursing Steve Schulze (N9UDO) $xx5.74 for web site hosting. Drew Smith motioned to accept the report as presented. Steve (N9UDO) seconded the motion, and it passed by unanimous vote.

Business:
Our annual holiday party is January 14, 2012! After a period of discussion, Don (K9JYX) made a motion in favor of River’s Edge in Lake Delton. Drew (KC9LJK) seconded the motion. The subject of annual club dues was brought up and discussed. Don (K9JYX) motioned to keep it at $20.00 per year per family. This was seconded by Dave (KB9CSW) and passed by unanimous vote.

Steve (N9UDO) is still working on the AllStar system. He is currently looking for a “digital pesticide” for the bugs in our system. Stay tuned for further updates.

At 8:20 p.m., Don (K9JYX) motioned to adjourn the meeting. This was seconded by Drew (KC9LJK) and passed by unanimous vote.
